India is secular, and communities are able to breathe because of Hindus?

India is secular because of Hindus?  Comment: It is indeed true that India embodies secularism not only in the context of religion but also concerning castes, languages, cultures, skin color, and socioeconomic status. However, when we refer to India's secular nature, the discourse predominantly revolves around religion. Within Muslim communities in India, there exists profound oppression, persecution, and subjugation based on sect, belief, language, culture, regional affiliations, and political ideologies, particularly affecting the weaker and more vulnerable groups. Unfortunately, these issues often go unreported as the voices of the victims are silenced. Lady advocate alleges assault by opposite parties and also the second officer of the police station. 19.06.2026: Bedlam in Bowbazar Police Station in Kolkata.  A lady advocate alleges assault by opposite parties and also the second officer of the police station.  There is an alarming prevalence of assault and battery cases at police stations and court premises across the country, often involving individuals from antisocial backgrounds, whether they be complainants or accused.  While the law provides various preventive and punitive measures to address such rogue behavior, rarely any action is taken against the aggressive parties. This proposal raises significant concerns, as it seems to disregard the fundamental principles of justice.  The notion that every reported crime must lead to a swift conviction appears not only draconian but also a gross oversimplification of a nuanced judicial process.  Our existing laws, which have evolved painstakingly over time, embody a profound understanding of natural justice, equity, and good conscience. They reflect a system designed to ensure that the innocent are protected while the guilty are held accountable.  The new laws, however, come across as a hasty attempt at reform driven more by the desire for mechanical justice than a genuine commitment to fairness.  By shifting the focus to a prosecutio...
